Fotogenix Ltd was the first function hire service provider in Uganda and has as such gained a wealth of experience in this industry. Incorporated in Uganda in April 1995, Fotogenix Ltd started Operations in 1996. It currently boasts  a workforce of about 90 employees and a large, ever increasing and satisfied clientele base which includes leading corporate organizations like  Banks, NGO’s, Government  Ministries, Hotels, Education Institutions, Events organizers etc.

Our Function Hire department hires out all kinds of tents, Mobile toilets, urinals, podiums, floodlights, tables, chairs, platforms etc. Our wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry enables us to also cater for the smaller events/occasions at the best rates.
The success that Fotogenix has enjoyed in the Function Hire business has enabled it to win distributorship deals for three other prominent brands:

Corporate Social Responsibility:
Like many Organizations, Fotogenix passionately cares about giving back to society. Some of the activities in which it has given back to society include:

  • Sponsorship Of the MTN Marathon race in which Fotogenix participated and won the corporate cup in the years 2004, 2005,2006,2008.The prize money was eventually donated to the Uganda Red Cross Society.
  • Sponsorship Of the Miss Fort portal Beauty Pageant 2007 under the theme “ Promoting Social Responsibility amongst the Youth” that took place on the 9th Of October 2007.
  • Sponsorship Of the Makerere University Table Tennis Open Tournament that took place between the 9th and 12th Of April 2004.
  • Donation Of PermaNet Mosquito Bednets and Curtains to Sanyu Babies Home in December 2008.
  • Sponsorship of numerous Athletics events.
